VBall4All uses the power of volleyball to build community, foster inclusion, and bring joy to those who need it most — from adaptive athletes to seniors in our community.
VBall4All was founded by Ava and Sophia Dhaliwal — competitive national volleyball players from Cumming, Georgia — who saw that the sport they loved could be so much more than competition. It could be connection.
What began as an idea became action when they organized their first chair volleyball event at Cumming Health & Rehab in 2025. Watching residents light up on the court confirmed what they'd always believed: everyone deserves to play.
Today, VBall4All is building a movement — one game, one community, one smiling face at a time.

Modified volleyball experiences designed for individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities. We partner with local organizations to bring the game to those who are too often left on the sidelines.
Our signature program brings seated volleyball to senior living communities and rehab centers. Low-impact, high-joy — and a proven way to reduce isolation and spark genuine connection.
We recruit and organize teen volunteers who want to give back through sport. Whether you play volleyball or not, there's a role for you in building something meaningful.
"The residents didn't just play — they came alive."
In our inaugural event, Ava and Sophia brought chair volleyball to the residents of Cumming Health & Rehab. What started as a simple afternoon activity turned into something far more meaningful — laughter, friendly competition, and moments of pure joy for residents who rarely experience organized recreation.
The response was so strong, we're already planning our return. This is just the beginning.
We're looking for student volunteers, adult mentors, and community partners who share our belief that sport is a powerful tool for good. No volleyball experience required — just a willingness to show up and make someone's day.
Takes less than 2 minutes. We'll reach out before our next event.
We'd love to bring VBall4All to your facility, school, or organization. Whether you lead a senior living community, a special needs program, or a school club — let's talk.
